HAVE YOU CHANGED THE WAY YOU LIVE BECAUSE OF PAIN OR INJURY?

What People Are Saying

I've seen several physical therapists to no avail, and I had lost hope in physical therapy as a practice, that is until I met Dr. Elijah Chiang. Not only did he fix the pain in my back, but he completely changed the way I thought about physical therapy. Unlike many other therapists I've seen, Dr. Elijah Chiang's knowledge of the human body and his practice is extensive. Not only that, he's also a patient and kind listener that takes the time to listen to my pain and story. He's both a teacher and a therapist.

“I am grateful and was a gift to be under Elijah Chiang's care for recovery. He is also an audio book that educates his patients. I enjoyed this and would pay to hear him. Wait I already did! Thank You, Elijah”

— Marsha B

“In the past I was treated for a specific symptom. But Elijah took my treatment a step further and was able to get to the cause of my problems. His powers of observation and diagnostics are amazingly astute. He has added years of health to my life and I would highly recommend him.”

WELCOME TO W MOVEMENT

If you’ve made it to this point, you are likely facing some kind of physical limitation, whether in function or performance. At W movement, we offer you a different perspective on physical therapy.

Maybe you don’t know where to even begin and you’re not sure where you should turn to for the problem that you currently have.

Perhaps you’ve been in physical therapy before where you one of a many patients repeating the same exercises week-after-week, without the change you wanted/needed due to a lack of one-on-one attention and personalization that you needed.

Or perhaps, you have invested hundreds of hours and dollars on symptom relief without ever being offered a long-term solution for the root issue.

Worse off, maybe the solution that was provided actually made things WORSE and now you’re left with nowhere to turn.

Maybe you’re just trying to get healthy again and have been told that you need to exercise more but are unsure of where to start given your medical history. Many patients have relied on personal trainers and other therapists who lack the medical training to treat a complex injury, pain, and history that you have.

You are not alone and there’s another option.

At W Movement, we are here to take the current YOU and take it to where YOU want to be.

ABOUT

Our mission is to help you move the way you want to move by working WITH you and your body. We believe that a wholistic and natural approach towards strength and recovery should always be your first option and not your last.

Our method is to identify the root cause of your pain, before treating symptoms with medication, surgery, and other invasive procedures. We take your medical history and lifestyle in combination with our medical expertise and create a personalized rehabilitation program that is attainable and effective.

Our 3-step MAP process is designed to effectively diagnose and manage your pain, activate the correct musculature to clear hidden compensations, and return you to your desired performance level. This allows us to expand beyond just medical necessity and into prevention and wellness.
